Bridging GAAPS (Giving All A Place to Speak) in partnership with Cambridge Art Galleries l Idea Exchange wants to give YOU a platform to share how you are feeling and doing as well as discover new strategies for dealing with stress. Join a new local artist each month as they share their work and their personal experiences, and lead exercises to unlock your creative potential and productively deal with stress.
